Retail - Ordering Shipping & Returns
A Note to Schools, Organizations and Institutions:
We will accept purchase orders by mail or fax only. Call-in purchase orders are not accepted. You may also place an order on your own letterhead or on our order form. Please include a signature from a billing authorization official.
Redeeming Fish Coupons:
If you are redeeming a fish coupon, make sure you are ready to use them. All shipments containing fish eggs must be opened immediately upon receipt. If you are a school and your orders arrive at a warehouse, make arrangements to have your fish eggs handled immediately. We cannot be responsible for shipments that are left unattended.
Claims & Returns:
Before returning anything, please call 800-200-3466 for a return authorization number. Packages returned without a return authorization number cannot be accepted.
All claims for missing items, damaged goods, or defective merchandise must be made within 10 working days of receiving them.
If returning an item, please use the original box and include all paperwork. Merchandise returned will be credited to your account if in saleable condition.
We cannot rush orders overseas nor to Alaska or Hawaii.
Note that Triops, Inc. cannot guarantee Rush deliveries on weekends when FedEx/UPS does not deliver. Also, Triops, Inc. cannot ensure that your Rush order will be delivered the next day if your order is placed after 11:00am EST.
Processing time is approximately 3-5 working days, deliver time is approximately 3-4 working days depending on your destination.
If temperatures are extremely hot or cold, fish eggs shipments will be delayed to ensure survival en route.
